SK777 Terms and Conditions — Know the Rules

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the SK777 platform, accessible at sk777.plus, and apply to all players who register, access, or use any service offered by SK777. By creating an account and using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

SK777 is an online entertainment platform offering casino games, slot games, live casino, and bingo. All services are provided for entertainment purposes only. SK777 operates in PKR and is intended for use by players based in Pakistan who meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming guidelines. Together, these documents form the complete agreement between you and SK777.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not register an account or use any SK777 service. Continued use of the platform following any update to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

To register and use SK777 you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age. SK777 does not permit underage players under any circumstances.
• You are registering for your own personal use, not on behalf of another person or entity.
• You are not registering from a jurisdiction where online casino gaming is explicitly prohibited by local law applicable to you personally.

SK777 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage. This may include a copy of a valid CNIC, passport, or other government-issued photo ID. Accounts that cannot be verified may have withdrawals held until the verification process is complete.

During registration you must provide accurate and up-to-date information. Providing false details — including a false date of birth, name, or payment information — is a violation of these Terms and will result in account suspension.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. If SK777 identifies that a player holds more than one account — whether active or previously closed — all accounts may be suspended and any balances, bonuses, or pending withdrawals may be forfeited.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. SK777 will never ask for your password by email, live chat, or any other channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately via live chat.

SK777 accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise assign your account or any balance held within it to another person.

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting support. If you close your account, any pending withdrawals that have already been approved will still be processed to your registered payment method.

SK777 reserves the right to close or suspend any account that is found to be in violation of these Terms, without prior notice. In cases of confirmed fraud or bonus abuse, balances may be voided.

All deposits at SK777 are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupee). We support the following payment methods:

Deposits are credited to your SK777 balance as soon as they are confirmed by the payment provider. SK777 does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Deposits made using payment methods that do not match the account holder's registered name may be rejected or held for additional verification. This is a security measure to protect all players.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and to protect your funds. If your last deposit method is no longer available, contact support before requesting a withdrawal.

Standard withdrawal processing times by VIP tier are as follows:

• Bronze: Up to 24 hours
• Silver: Up to 12 hours
• Gold: Same day (priority processing)
• Platinum & Diamond: Within 2–4 hours

All withdrawals are subject to a completed identity verification check. If your account has not yet been verified, your first withdrawal request will trigger the verification process. Providing documents promptly will avoid unnecessary delays.

Any bonus balance that has not completed the required wagering cycle cannot be withdrawn. Only real-money balance that has cleared all applicable wagering requirements is eligible for withdrawal.

SK777 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on any withdrawal request. These checks are carried out to protect players and the platform and will be completed as quickly as possible.

SK777 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms displayed on the relevant promotion page, and those terms take precedence over these general Terms in case of any conflict.

The following general bonus rules apply across all SK777 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are credited to your bonus balance and are separate from your real-money balance.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be transferred to your withdrawable balance.
• Wagering requirements are calculated based on the bonus amount unless the promotion states otherwise.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus balance and associated winnings remaining after the expiry date will be removed from your account automatically.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless a promotion explicitly allows stacking.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred between accounts.

SK777 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting technical errors, or using patterns of play designed to clear wagering at minimal risk — will have their bonuses voided and their accounts reviewed.

Cricket and PSL-related promotions are subject to the same general bonus rules above. Enhanced cashback windows during T20 and international cricket events are automatically applied to eligible accounts based on VIP tier.

The SK777 VIP Programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Your tier is determined by your cumulative real-money wagering activity over the relevant assessment period.

VIP status is reviewed on a rolling basis. Tier upgrades take effect automatically when the relevant wagering threshold is reached. Tier downgrades, where applicable, are assessed at the end of each monthly period.

Weekly PKR cashback is paid every Monday to all VIP members who generated qualifying wagers during the previous week. Cashback percentages increase at each tier. Full cashback rates and tier thresholds are published on the VIP page.

VIP benefits — including cashback, withdrawal priority, dedicated account managers, and promotional access — are provided as a reward for genuine play. SK777 reserves the right to adjust VIP benefits, tier thresholds, or cashback rates at any time with reasonable notice provided to affected members.

VIP benefits are non-transferable and have no cash equivalent outside of the cashback payments that are explicitly credited to your balance each Monday.

All games available on SK777 — including slot games, live casino tables, and bingo rooms — operate using certified random number generation (RNG) or, in the case of live casino, real-time dealer dealing. Game outcomes are not influenced by bet size, account balance, VIP tier, or any other external factor.

In the event of a game malfunction or technical error, affected rounds may be voided and stakes returned to your balance. SK777 is not liable for losses arising from a confirmed game malfunction, but we will ensure that you are not financially worse off as a result of a technical fault on our end.

Live casino games are subject to the rules of the individual game as displayed at the table. By joining a live table, you agree to those game-specific rules in addition to these Terms.

Bingo rooms operate on a scheduled basis. Once a bingo game has started, cards purchased for that game cannot be returned or refunded. Jackpot prizes in bingo are as displayed in the lobby at the time of card purchase.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on SK777. Accounts found to be engaging in any of these activities will be suspended immediately, and any balance held in those accounts may be voided:

• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one SK777 account, whether under your own details or using another person's information.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotions through matched betting, arbitrage, or any strategy that is designed to clear wagering requirements at near-zero risk.
• Collusion: Coordinating play with other players at live tables or in bingo rooms to gain an unfair advantage.
• Automated play: Using bots, macros, scripts, or any form of automated software to play games on SK777.
• Fraudulent payments: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods to make deposits.
• Money laundering: Using SK777 for the purpose of processing funds obtained through illegal activity.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, falsifying documents, or impersonating another person.

SK777 cooperates with relevant authorities in cases of confirmed fraud or financial crime. We may be required to freeze accounts and disclose relevant information as part of any investigation.
